Scheldepoort is one of the few European repair and conversion yards to have attained full certification according to ISO 9001-2008. In addition we have adopted all working methods according to ISO 14.001.
The yard is equipped with a professional fire brigade, including a professional fire engine and oxygen rescue team.
Scheldepoort plays a leading role within the European ship repair sector, protecting the environment and working according to the latest techniques. Amongst other techniques we are able to offer paint spraying without overspray, thereby reducing up to 30% at paint consumption.
