For this contract the "AGILE", currently an offshore construction support vessel has to be converted into a Pipe Lay Support Vessel which is enable to lay flexible pipes to a water depth of 2000 meters.
The local swath type ferry "Prins Willem Alexander" built  in 2004 at the Damen Naval Shipbuilding Yard suffered damage during normal operation servicing Vlissingen to Breskens at the river Scheldt on 21st of November 2011.

The vessel is docked at our Yard because one of the floaters requires steel repairs. At the same time the regular 5-years survey works which was scheduled for first quarter of 2012 is executed.
